Terms and Conditions:

Payments terms:

We require a 33 % deposit from the total price agreed upon approval or when we start working on a project. This amount is non-refundable. Online customers are exempt from this payment but they must sign the web design contract and e-mail it to the address provided by Quantum Designers. The client has the option to pay cash, check or with paypal. We do not accept checks from online clients. The client has the option to receive the files by e-mail. We can give our clients a copy of all project files and we reserve the right to keep a copy of the work for us. Upon approval from our client and receipt of full payment we may mail / e-mail the files and upload them to the server if agreed. If we don't receive full payment within 30 days after completion of the project, we will charge 12% APR after the 30-day period.

Life-time Warranty:

All websites we design are guaranteed to work for life. This means that if after full payment a problem arises it we will fixed at no charge. However we are not responsible for problems in the website due to coding changes done by the client or a web developer who does not belong to Quantum Designers.

Website Maintenance::

All our website maintenance plans can be terminated anytime but they are non-refundable.
For example: you signed up for 10 hours of updates for $99.95, 5 hours of your plan were used to update the webiste and you decide you want to cancel your plan. The 5 hours left on your plan will not be refunded.

Website Maintenance hours can be rolled over to the next month and are valid for 90 days.
For example: you signed up for a 5 hour plan on June 18th, 3.5 hours were used to do updates in your page.
On July 18th you will have 6.5 hours in your account. 5 hours included in the plan + 1.5 hours rolled over from your previous billing cycle. Your 1.5 hours will expire 90 days starting on July 18th. Roll over hours will be lost if you cancel your plan.

Web Hosting:

All our hosting plans offer 30-day money back guarantee. After 30 days from sign up any amount paid is non-refundable.
We offer technical support for websites hosted in the server, but we are not responsible for coding errors made by the web developer or problems related with browser compatibility.

We reserve the right to reject an order if we consider the website content to be inappropriate according to our rules.

Affiliate Program:

Quantum Designers provides special discount webistes for clients who agree to display affiliate program advertisement on each of the pages in the web site. Ads will be displayed at the bottom of each page. The client agrees to display ads during the life time of the web site. Ads can't be removed during this time. We reserve the right to keep all editable files from the web site. We will give editable files to the client after 3 years under the program starting on the web site release date. We must have access to the web site's hosting server to upload files. We will get 100% of the generated profit due to clicks on ads in the web site.

Content:

Quantum Designers reserves the right to turn down any project considered to have pornographic and obscene content or content that goes against the company's values and beleifs. We reserve the right to use the generic pictures and display them in several web sites from different clients.. By generic pictures we mean photos included in the agreed package and paid by Quantum Designers. We will not use pictures provided by the client. Quantum Designers reserves the right to place a small link at the bottom of each page of each website stating that the website has been designed and developed by Quantum Designers. This link must remain active for the life of the site, unless otherwise agreed to.

Prices are in U.S Dollars, negotiable and subject to change without notice.
